With the exercises for switched and toeside riding, you have laid the foundation for now also turning up the style factor on the water. There is no better driving experience than pulling a few crisp short turns into mirror-flat water - especially when you turn an FS180 in the curves or jump and thus effectively jump from Heeledge to Heeledge again and again (short turns Heel2Heel). The first spray tricks look just as stylish. The most intuitive way is to push the tail deep into the water in the direction of travel (Tail Press, SW Tail Press).

Another variation is to ride outwards, turn the board 90° frontside outwards and ride sideways almost entirely on the tail-edge (Tail Butter, SW Tail Butter) - moments like this illustrate why it's so much fun to be on the water with a board! For a more technical spray trick you can bring the weight fully onto the nose edge with a 90° backside turn outwards (Front Butter, SW Front Butter). In addition to the sprays, you can now also begin to approach blind riding, i.e. riding with the handle behind your back (Riding Blind, SW Riding Blind). This not only looks stylish, but above all creates a basis for many variants of other tricks on obstacles.
